Phenothiazide methyl derivative - Preparation method
10-methyl phenothiazine is prepared as follows: NaH(60% purity, 0.5g,12.55mmol) is weighed and slowly added into a 50mL round bottom bottle with DMF(10mL) in an ice water bath, then methyl iodide (0.65g,5.52mmol) and compound thiophenazine (1g,5.0mmol) are added, transferred to room temperature and stirred for 2h,TLC monitoring reaction is completed, and water is added, extraction with DCM (50 mLx3), magnesium sulfate drying, concentration and drying, separation by silica gel column to obtain the product 10-methyl phenothiazine (1.0g), white solid, melting point: 96 ℃, yield 93.9%. 1HNMR(400MHz,(CD3)2CO)& delta;7.21(td,J = 8.0,1.5Hz,2H),7.21(d,J = 2.0Hz,1H),7.14(d,J = 1.5Hz,1H),6.96-6.93(m,4H),3.39(s,3H).
